Travelling is a sensory experience. It's an opportunity to escape, dream and discover.

Being a curious being, I enjoy travelling as it opens a window on the people, the cultures, the topography and the landscape of the world. As I learn about others, I discover new things about myself. I come to conclusions and make decisions that I wouldn't have been able to make at home. Travelling is more than my pastime, my hobby and my passion. It's self-revelation.

Many of my colleagues, friends and even family members are shocked about how much I travel. One acquaintance, who had never left the island of Montreal went so far as stating, "Why would I travel to other countries, when I have everything I need right here."

I love Montreal, as it is my home, and though I agree that you could probably find just about a little bit of everything in Montreal, I had to reply, "How do you know you've seen everything, when you've seen nothing?"
